It has been a week and a few days now, reader. As you can see, work on the station has been slow lately. I managed to take the time and rummage through some old legal documents, as orders called for such measures. An inspection was took on my EDS space ship. After inspection pass, all  pilots must fill out, what is called a "universal survey". I have not the slightest clue why.  It consists of a few boxes and rows of words and lines, most questions are personal, age, race, height, that sort of thing. "Barton!" I hear my name and quickly turned to face the head of EDS regulations officer, Alan Woodberry. He was disappointed, if only you'd been there reader. Alan is man of only 5' 7" at the most, pale, hairy skin and green eyes that many seem to get lost in glance with. As a force of habit I jumped to my feet, saluting and screaming "Yes Sir!" I was a little, concerned he was a little man, with a big punch. "Barton, I want you in my office, now!" What could this be about? I was frozen solid, but loosened up a little, "Sir, What is it?" I followed him into his office, the sensor door swooping open and then abruptly air-locking shut, with a "SHOOOSH!" "Oh Marylin, I'm so sorry." "Barton, what is this!" Alan spoke in a stern voice, I remained calm as it was best I did. Alan told his room to play some sort of simulation, "Computer replay simulation XX151-Y." Something was oddly familiar about the name "XX151-Y". The room began to shutter, disrupt, and turn static as the familiar scene played, the moment when all hell breaks loose, when you can't do a thing to stop it. Even after a year and a few months it still disgusts me to the point of suicide, but what would that prove. The stowaway hardly even an adult let alone a kid, now I was being punished for it. The hologram stopped when the airlock opened, it's a security fail-safe to investigate doomed ships. "Barton!" I raised my head high and proud, I knew what was coming. I heard the tearing sound and the force of the tug on my right arm. I was dismissed of rank, for protecting a stowaway. Let this be a lesson to you "EDS Bar... Barton." And let this be a lesson to you to reader, whatever goes around comes around, much like karma, but I really didn't see what was wrong.  I hope to the stars that I may find some work now. Goodbye, for now reader, I'll write to you again very soon.
